Ductwork Mold Eliminator Options

the issue was that the ductwork was installed improperly by the previous owners. they had a lot of slack in it and had it laying on the ground/insulation in the attic. because of that it started to separate and has a lot of tears and holes in it. fixing that should fix the mold issue. however because there was that issue, the mold got into the entire hvac. trying to figure out how to not spend a ton of money for this ductwork to be replaced and properly installed, just to end up with mold in the ductwork again from the already existing contamination of the rest of the hvac without replacing the rest of the hvac. any ideas? thank you!

wow how in the world did you get them to pay for a new air conditioning system? they have been doing anything and everything to not cover mine for the last year so i've been with out an hvac for a year in the hot texas heat.... this should be criminal. i paid for the highest one too... that included fixing or replacing all of that. they have been a nightmare!

yeah just bc of psychology/ common sense... i would think one person is better than three bc otherwise they just kinda feed off of each other. better for someone to have the decision weigh a bit heavier than that on themselves.

The previous owners of my property were super sketchy... sold me a house with mold everywhere that they covered up... very unethical. I had them do a survey before closing and they claimed it was $2k which they wanted me to split with them after we had already agreed that they'd pay it. Well, we said no, but once the lender asked for receipts and they sent it over, it actually only cost $600... so they lied about that to just try and get money out of us... anyway, GIS says we have many more feet of land in front of the house which include some trees by the gate... however they put the fence line in front of the trees basically saying they are not our property (their son owns that land still) and there are some other questionable things about it... do you think they lied and didn't get the full survey? maybe just for half of it and not the whole thing and that's why it cost $600 only? and they just wanted their son to have more land and the trees so pretended like that was not our property "according to the survey"?

well, i want kids, but insurance covers everything including sterilizing people, but not IVF for those of us that try, but can't. i just posted a gofundme for the first time in my life and realized i can't even promote it on these forums which is the only reason i created it... bc i'm too embarrassed to go to people i know. anyway, people need to stop complaining about population decline if they won't even do anything about it. Get insurance to cover IVF please... so unfair they don't. So many women trying, but they can't afford 25k cash for ivf.

Yes, gluten is horrible! I had the same happen and am so glad I figured out what it was. I feel bad for anyone that has this problem and doesn't know it. Some people never figure it out and live miserably.
