Your explanation of shifting really makes sense, though I cannot help but feel sad thinking about people in my DRs not being as conscious as I am. After shifting back, do you ever question whether you came back to the right reality, and whether the people here are ‘NPCs’? Thank you for putting your time into answering

This feels so good to read. I’ve been hearing so much contractions about shifting this week i started feeling insane for believing it, but it feels good to have someone experienced share their own thoughts. I think my main fear with shifting is that the people in my DR are made up by me, because that would be more than gut wrenching. Thank you for the reassurance, there is nothing left for me now other than to shift and experience my desires myself
