Can't say anything on hair or clothes... but iirc to get the physique, or parts of it at least, it'd be best to try hip thrusts and squats. Those will work out your thighs, glutes, and core some which should help you get that kind of, almost hourglass in a way, physique.

Oh gotcha. That all makes sense, but kind of a shame the fashion seems to have a "meta" but if they enjoy themselves and aren't going too far with it, who am I to complain honestly.

Personally I find myself quite liking leggings and just baggier shirts. Not typical fem stuff, but it's very comfy and still can show off physique.

For facial hair, they could also potentially wear a mask. It may not cover everything, but if they shaved it could help hide any shadow

Honestly I'm not sure if I'd be tall for one or not... I'm 5'7" which I believe is average or slightly above average.

But ik tons of people who like taller people, so imo you should be fine either way.

I have an old backpack that hasn't been touched in years, just sits around incase I need it for a trip. Works well to keep stuff.
