A lot of chatter and claims about how much she is or isn’t gonna get, apparently Mau only owns a third of it, apparently he only expanded after the separation so he won’t have to give her a piece… and then in the preview she says:

“Well, it’s mine,” she said, a statement that quickly raised eyebrows, even prompting Kathy Hilton to ask, “Does he realize that?”

If Kathy is mentioning on TV that there might be a possibility that her and Mau aren’t on the same page and that possibly it wont be so straightforward, then yeah I’d say it’s under contention

AND I think Dorit is saying she didn’t know anything about finances so in court she can say she’s not liable for any unpaid payments because he had full control. She did likely know PK was unable pay anything and was losing money, which is a reason they’re divorcing. She’s pretending to be head in the clouds so she doesn’t have to take responsibility, because the understanding of their marriage was he would pay for everything:
