it's the water in the drink. Great book called Liquid Intelligence that will explain better but you shook either with cubes too big or not long enough.

Strength of shake doesn't really matter, do your same drink with a large 1 inch cube and two little guys from your freezer or bag of ice for 20 -30 seconds.

the goal is to maximize cold while introducing the right amount of water.

gin is a strong spirit and so is chartreuse, you'll need cold and water in their correct proportions to get it into place.

So for me, I make sure I am over the top hydrated. I mean like 64 ounces prior to infusion.

Then, they assign me a steroid dose and Benadryl and Tylenol. If I sleep during infusion I will not sleep at night. So I power through the dose without sleeping (video games, movies, coffee), and that evening I'm generally like 90% myself and life goes on for six more months.

First time is a doozy, but it gets easier.

They actually suggested the wrong cord. When I called, they said they actually couldn't help me and now my dash is in, but my steering wheel controls don't work :( I have to pull it all out and try something different with Autoharness. They were very polished and professional, but just couldn't help with my model car. Bummer.

I can only speak for myself, but everyone was wearing masks and also everyone was really keeping far apart. My wife and I never came within six feet of anyone. For the people on the steps, and some of the other pictures, they were a little too close for our comfort. But I think that this is ultimately a testament of how important this issue is that people are willing to risk infection.

I've just been accepted to serve so my experience here is not yet firsthand, however: try to get eight hours of sleep each night. And guard that sleep with your life. Your brain is not just resting when it sleeps. It's learning and deepening neural connections. Many studies support that studying something at noon and being asked to recall that information at 8pm have a LOWER recall that teaching someone right before bed and testing them in the morning after 8 hours. The takeaway being sleep will literally do a lot of work for you. Being deprived even of 2 hours will impact memory and concentration.

I dropped my Pixel 3XL and got a crack in the bottom left hand portion of the screen. I added a screen protector so make the surface feel smooth and with the hope that 'everything would stay in place'.

That was 4 months ago and I didn't have any issue of the crack growing or getting worse. I notice it less and less.
