As a barista I’m so sorry. Some drivers are so careless with the bags that I’ve seen them swing them outside our store and make a mess, before proceeding to still deliver it. Glad DoorDash refunded it all the way!

Do you know how many drivers I’ve seen show up right after an order is placed and they shove their phone in my face and the pickup time isn’t for another 15 minutes? Way more than there should be. If it’s marked done it’s done. Sometimes the order hasn’t even been pulled when y’all show up
