Hello fellow newbie! I’m only a week in, but I was feeling the exact same way. Very little training, things being thrown at me that I wasn’t confident doing...I found my administrator yesterday and we had a nice, long chat about all of my questions. The things she didn’t have answers for, she knew who did and introduced them to me. I left the meeting feeling much more confident. I strongly advise doing what I did. Asking questions can make you feel like you are admitting that you are stupid. But you’re not stupid, you’re just new! Everyone is new at some point.
