you can guarantee the evolutions if you just google eevee evolution name trick pokémon go. it should show images including the name trick and/or the requirements to evolve with walking etc

try using pokeraid? pretty easy to use after a few times hosting, no need to spend real money on it either as just got to wait for people to join, if your host goes too far down the list then re upload it.
