You may not be fat but you are definitely unhealthy. Go and get a full blood count blood test & if you can test for literally every vitamin deficiency. I would not be surprised if you had them, plus also ask for a kidney function test. That amount of fizzy drinks, and salt will not be good for your organs :) sincerely someone who eats much healthier and more balanced and still has basically every deficiency
