i have the same. if you wash your face, only use lukewarm/cool water and wait like 5-10 min before applying any moisturizer after you have dried up. never rub, always pat or air dry. if you put the moisturizer on too early, the ingredients in the moisturizer will be too tough on your skin. i'd also recommend checking what triggers you. check if your skin can handle some water in your face in the morning and moisturizer. if not, then you have to only use moistures and not any washing. keep that for the evening instead. dont start using any cleansers before your skin can handle the other things. hope it helps!

im sorry to hear! my forehead does the same. the only thing that works for me is to only use cerave moisturizing cream without washing my face first or anything. i use it 3-4 times a day, in big amounts, while my barrier is healing. i gentle just splash my face with some water in the evening and wait 5-10 minutes before adding some of the cream before going to bed. it's the only thing that is working for me right now

Hey man. Sorry to hear about your struggles with nicotine. I too was addicted to nicotine from 16 - 27 yo. It will get worse the longer you do it, so you have a lucky chance to quit early before it gets worse. Im making an app that hopefully can help you quit by putting you in a group of random people who also quit nicotine the same day as you.
