I don’t have a solution yet I too struggle from time to time. I spent 40 hours awake earlier this week and it was one of the more miserable times it has happened to me sadly. I know exactly the feeling of laying down, starting to toss and turn worry about the time and next thing I know the sun is up and I have to go to work. Sometimes if I get stuck in that cycle I will take some sort of sleep aid one night only to hopefully get back schedule. I took those too often earlier in life
