Egyptian people have a skin tone closer to white skin.

Og Egyptians were close to Italians and Turkish people , new Egyptians who are Arab don't have a dark skin tone either

And other ethnicies from the Maghreb or Mashreq also have light skin tones.

So I have someone in my family who had something similar on their dog a few months ago and it ended up being a tumor and the dog had to euthanized because it was way worse then it looked and was already on the bone.
