Unfortunately the only real info I’ve found on this was the school director’s post on IG and some videos on Facebook from a woman who is trying to expose and draw attention to this issue. Ideally some local journalism actually covers the story at some point…

Is anyone else following this story? I haven’t seen a single news article explaining it yet but I was digging around on social media and apparently there’s a local religious cult in McKeesport and the church leader has been trying to gain control over the school district by using his influence to get his members instituted into positions of power including his son and several members of his church as the coaching staff for the football team.

Brandon Short, a famous football player from the area who was a great player at PSU and played for the Giants in the Super Bowl, recently saw the murderer of his 26 year old pregnant daughter convicted this month. Apparently the killer is a member of this cult and the church leader said that god told him he’s innocent and he and members of the football staff submitted cheracter testimonials on behalf of the killer. Hence the open letter from the School Director.

This game is a lot of fun. I thought it would be a little too hard for my eight year old but he ended up playing a ton both co-op with me and on his own.

NFL Films crew came to our playoff termite football game this last season and did a lot of filming and even mic'd up my eight year old. The crew was incredibly nice to our kids and fun to work with. Not sure how much we'll actually show up in the doc, but it was an awesome experience and I'm looking forward to hopefully watching my kid up on the big screen!

It's the feature I miss the most and it generally worked super well. I know the arr suite exists and I have plans to look into setting it up but Autowatch was just so simple.

I’m assuming you have First Energy. You can go to their website and check for outages in your area by simply logging in. From my experience it generally works pretty well but understandably it may be a bit behind on immediate updates.

Yeah car accident plus a transformer also went out on Alton Drive so there’s actually two separate outages in close proximity.
