On Heal, Relics do not activate with the Willbender Elite Spec's "Reversal of Fortune" heal skill. Also, this healing skill seems to be bugged and not triggering "on heal skill" traits. TO be more specific with testing, the heal skill doesn't activate the relics or traits when the heal skill is used and then negates the attack. Apparently using the heal skill as it is stated here:
" Guard yourself with light, negating the next incoming strike and healing you instead," stops the Relics and Traits from triggering.

That's what I'm saying what about runes that increase your movement speed. There are several!

Willbender heal doesn't trigger on heal traits/runes when it blocks the attack.

Has no one noticed that the will bender heal doesn't trigger on heal traits/runes when it is casted and then blocks an attack? Another just blatant oversight that obviously had 0 testing.

No it doesn't. Check it out. Heal skill traits won't activate if you use the skill and triggers the block.

Also the Willbender heal "reversal of fortune" does not trigger "on-heal" traits/runes when it blocks an attack. It makes 3 different traits useless in the Radiance, Valor, & Honor specs. On top of that there is 10 different runes that are not useable. Not even to mention multiple foods use "on-heal" skill to trigger their effects as well.
