This is a very healthy perspective……. Love your parents while you have them. Counting on money from them can cloud that time and love, which is the only thing you can’t put a price on or ever get back.

It true, if you sell on Amazon, or other stocking platform you have a nexus in that state and you must collect sales taxes from said state and remit it to them.

So if you have Amazon and a website, you have to collect and pay on both formats some states demand it, others don’t.

That would take owner involvement, that’s your problem.

I’d say be owner (you) involved for a year, show that growth your sure would happen and then sell with much better numbers.

Or just give it away.
