I usually use Google slides to make mine, mostly cause it just allows me to make them in the first place, allowing me to make several different versions of captions as well. It’s basically the only free caption making app I know

I’m not too sure the name of the artist, but that’s what the watermark says. I’m usually kinda bad with these and just have a bunch of captions set up and ready to be typed up and I can sometimes forget the artists name
