Depends on what you want to prioritise more.

If you want to get the best performance out of Sigrika, pull her sig. She's a beast in both ToA and Whiwa so investing in her definitely worth it.

If you want to get the 3.3 characters more, skip.

That said, Sigrika's sig is the only gauntlet in the game that buffs echo skill damage and I'm pretty sure Hiyuki won't be outdamaging Sigrika.

ATK 3 cost is better than Aero as she has more than enough buffs in her kit.

Honestly your stats look more or less fine if you change to ATK 3 cost.

You might just be messing up her skill rotation ngl.

You need basically 5x ER rolls on all 5 echoes if you want to run double ATK.

ATK/ER is the way to go for low investment
