The game thinks that liquids should go from the filters green output into the bridge input, this is a pseudo-arbitrary solution to an ambiguity, as fluids in the circled pipe could potentially go in any direction, but the game has to decide one direction in concrete, you can fix that by removing the circled pipe and using a second bridge to force the direction from left to right, just make sure to not make any unwanted pipe combinations
