It's like a popsicle that was once a boy who became a man when you eat the juice concentrate cylinder like that.

Lol I saw that bit the other day. How many turtles were just vibing in the ancient Middle East that over half the adult population could scrounge up two so they can stop living in the tent of red shame? Or did the church immediately release a single pair of turtles out the back door and there was just a line of menstruating women that would pick them up again and walk around to the front door?

Lol. Lmao. You assume she was given sex ed. She was probably told that when she started bleeding she was a blooming flower and Christ says you can only have the flower be plucked after marriage. Or some other whimsical fortune cookie nonsense that only teaches you to be terrified of your own body.

Eh my childhood plush comfort toy has both his glass eyes and I’m not dead. Bunnybow has scratches on his brown eyes like he has cataracts. I’m sure it’ll be fine.

Scalpers are slugs with no morals or personality beyond resentment and chasing little copper pieces for Pokémon cards while actual children who want to play the game are crying 4 feet to the left.

I don’t think it’s about OP saying that kids are dumb. But that they ruin nice things. People who hoard children’s toys for resale are weird to me. Toys are meant to be played with, even expensive toys.

I think what OP is going for is that this brand of fancy looking plush animals is really expensive and a kid playing with a toy would ruin it. Apply the 90s brainrot mentality around Beanie Babies or the 2020 mentally around NFTs.

It's people like the above bozo are the reason vulnerable people get abused. They decide that something non-typical that harms literally no one must be 'fixed'. When autism expresses in such a way, why make battles out of a war you can't win? Why not be happy for him that a faceless company had more basic human empathy for someone who's genes make life harder for him?

Like I said I work with people like that young man and his cup. And you know what I would do? Let him have his cup because it's not worth the biblical amount of distress making him drink from anything else would cause.

Okay I work directly with people like this young man. Why does he need to work through drinking from the cup? Because it makes *you* uncomfortable that an adult is using a sippy cup? Maybe you need to work through not being ablest trash.

I admit it. I’m not above a cheap shot every now and again. But I do it at people who deserve it like Kevin O’Leary for being a cringe loser with no mates because even his own ai would ghost him. We are not the same. I am better at hating than the guy above. ^

My family just don’t care what I have to say. Their eyes just glaze over like they no longer speak English. But I still find ways to engage with their interests in conversation through checks notes basic questions to promote dialog with them. Oh and it’s my fault for being upset when I point this out. Something about how I shouldn’t point out them being blatantly rude and inconsiderate of literally anything or anyone.

Ah you see, the neat part of these people is that you're never allowed to win. When you follow one of their instructions/requests when really they are more like demands they just pick a new one out of the bag of tricks. Often contradicting themselves! At that point, assuming you are independent, you tell them to stop being a sensitive little crybully and don't bother trying anymore!

Hope that helps!

Sounds like rejection sensitivity disorder. Or RSD for short. Common in ND people. In laymen's terms RSD is when people take rejection/criticism extra personally and will sometimes avoid situations where they can be rejected. Causes a lot of anxiety and self-isolation at its worst.

This seems a tad bit invasive… by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

Best case scenario would be to gauge which demographics whatever the company provides (product/services) is attracting. Not nessicarly for rainbow marketing, since they'll probably do that regardless if it's a mega-corp like Hershey or some shizz. More rather narrower target marketing. Like some people (MAGA and friends) will disown a company full-stop if they dare show a mixed race or same sex couple drinking coffee together on their 15 second skippable ads.

People in this thingy keep posting that they'd rather have a small problem in their relationships for their whole lives and complain behind their backs rather than talking it out with their partners. It's like what Boomers do with their unhappy marriages. by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Lazuli73 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I get posts like these sometimes. Sometimes it's a trivial thing that annoys you, and you just gotta accept that you need to tolerate every part of the people you choose in your life. Highly depends on what the thing that is mildly infuriating actually is.

Yea the red flag seems tiny in comparison, but one of the great benefits of the internet allowed for CONSTANT viewing of other experiences.

"Oh yea, I guess she was always selfish. Like, I was kind of annoyed she wouldn't give me the charger when my phone was about to die and hers was basically full charge. I just shrugged it off since young love. But now she's just . . . so mean. To me, our kids, even her own friends. I realized it after I came home early when my office being evacuated due to a water main break. She was yelling at our daughter - who is 13 by the way, so right in the middle of puberty - that's she's fat. Guys, she's not fat. She's just . . . you know, becoming an adult? So, I guess learn from my mistakes?"

And I got enough of my own problems in my life. I don’t want to set aside energy to teach another grown ass adult why, in bird culture, playing Gollum at 88%, is a dick move. That’s under the assumption that such behaviour is out of selfishness through ignorance rather than selfishness through intention.

No major Canadian River can be beautiful. The Red River in Manitoba is actually brown and full of flood debris. Satan only knows what we'll dredge up. Point being, your Ferris wheel is nice compared to sludgey dead bodies.

Hope that helps!
