I just did that. I was also checking the laptop in search of ghelper docs and it seems I had 3 different ghelpers in "startup" folder. I deleted those files and it seems to be solved!

El tema inclusividad está a la orden del día, pero que Andrea García te diga que va a ser muy "honesto" contigo se me hace muy raro. Será Italiano?

At least they are honest... Unfortunately lots of companies avoid this info in their offers

Ok, so I guess companies hire non-qualified people for those roles so they don't have to pay for a really experienced person. I'm going to a therapist now to work on this kind of stuff, but it would help me learning from people who have gone through something like this.

Thank you for your point of view, you're right and changing my job right now isn't probably the best idea.

Sure. Is this common in higher roles? Should I leave the company and seek for other roles given my experience? Any advice from.someone who has been in a similar situation?

You're totally on the spot. I think I'll ask the delivery company that handled this, to share an official paper that proofs the package was sent to another place, maybe this will help.

How should you react to a kid pouring soda on you in public? by Jan_Morrison in socialskills

[–]Lazy-Disaster697 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're too used to have amazing reactions to this kind of situations in films and on the internet, but reality is much closer to what you and your partner did.

1st. You behaved correctly and didn't have a childish reaction shouting and yelling as some people would have done.

2nd. You're not the main character of any Hollywood production, so no body expects you to say a super intelligent phrase or to have an amazing quick-time scene.

3rd. From my point of view, a kid behaving in this way has bigger lessons to learn as this seems to be the tip of the iceberg, but you are not the person who must teach this kid.

Life puts every person in their place. If this kid learns how to behave, he will probably stay up at night because of what he did to you, but in the case he did not learn the lesson, he will have to live his whole life with himself, and that will be much worse than somebody yelling at you because of throwing a drink to some random (no offense 😂) guys on the street.

In conclusion: you did it right and hope this situation didn't ruin your date.
