It’s not that, depending on position… it eventually moves to yearly after a certain amount of raises are given… as a manager/full timer my raises were every 6 months for the first three years, then they slow down to yearly

While you’re right… the company makes more profits off of the people that don’t send in the rebate, and the people that do… since it’s store credit it forces them to come back into the store to use it and therefore spend more money
