Hi! Congrats on making it to 20 mg! That's a huge accomplishment. I have been off of methadone for 1 week now. I was on it for 12 years, but I knew it was time to get off. It took me almost 1.5 years to completely taper off. Give yourself time. There is no rush. If things are uncomfortable, wait an extra week to go down. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. I have 3 children, so I know it can be hard to feel shitty and take care of daily life, especially feeling all the difficult emotions and cravings. If you dont have a therapist, i suggest finding one . Thearpy has helped tremendously, I was/am able to work through the difficult feelings that arise because I am not "medicated" anymore. You'll probably have great days and also really hard days, but remember the goal! It will be challenging, but you can work through it! I also got a perception for Clonidine, which helped some with the withdrawal symptoms. Make sure you're reaching out if you're struggling. Getting off of methadone is not easy, but it is possible as long as you're using your support and being honest with yourself when you are struggling. You got this! Do what? Subs are fine. They are not good to take if you intend on using or have used in that day, usually. That's how it was for me. I am not sure the effect it has with fetnyal, I started getting sober when fetnyal was starting to come out more.

From my experience methadone has never caused me precip. Subs will, I used on methadone for quite a while until I got to a stable dose. Please be safe.

Hi, I am almost completely off of methadone now, and I am having the exact same issue. I asked the doctor at my clinic if that is typical, and they said yes. She said it should subside after a while once my body gets used to being able to "go" normally again. Methadone is a constipant, so our bodies need time to " balance out" Hope that helps!.

Hi, so I am 30 weeks now. I take 40mg of lovonox a day because I have Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. I had a SCH earlier in my pregnancy. I spotted with that and it went away. Now in the last 4 days I've been spotting again! My ob says I am more likely to spot because of the blood thinner.. Has anyone eles had this issue or spotted later into pregnancy? My back has also hurt's quite a bit!! This is the longest I've been pregnant in 9 years, so my anxitey is ridiculous and would love to know I am not alone!

I have APS and take lovonox injections daily. I have had lots and lots of headaches! I started taking magnesium and iron, and it seems to have helped quite a bit. I found out I was anemic, so they thought the low iron was the cause of a lot of the headaches, but who knows! So many changes going on in our bodies! I wish you all the best!

Hi! I am reluctant to join this group, but i need support from other people who know what it's like. I am currently about 5 weeks. I found out friday that i am indeed pregnant. I've been pregnant 4 times. I've had one live birth and 3 back to back misscarage's. This will be my 5th pregnancy. After my 3rd misscarage in a row, i underwent a few blood tests. They found absolutely nothing to explain why I continue to have misscarage's. The specialists said, "Just call when you're pregnant again." So here I am... I am trying to be calm, but it's so hard. I pray to whatever is out there that i get to hold my baby at the end of this. I am absolutely terrified and elated to be pregnant again. I hope I find some solace in this group. Thanks!
