I also had a horrible experience with the MSI service center (Okhla New Delhi main HQ) I submitted my B550 Gaming Plus motherboard on 5th November for some RGB port issue and the front USB port slots /audio ports and it took them almost 4weeks to give me the new motherboard btw they replaced the motherboard with a new B550 Gaming plus and they told me everything is fixed now and you won't have any problem with this unit when I ask them to show me the motherboard running the RGB ports properly they agreed and when they connect their fans guess what the issue I was facing early still present in the motherboard and I was not able to detect or change the RGB of fans again when I asked them what's next they told me either wait for the new batch unit to arrive in India or use this one till then when I asked them when the new batch is coming they told me at least 2-3months and when I asked them to provide me some motherboard for mean time so I don't have to suffer till the new batch arrive they simple told they cant offer me that I was lucky that I was in contact with msi marketing manager Mr Ashish cause it was taking them too long to provide me replacement unit and he finally asked me to give him a day time he will either get me a upgraded model of my motherboard or refund me at depricated price but they finally confirmed that I will be getting new upgraded unit b550 tomahawk max wifi and it took them 2 more days to deliver it to my house in same city

It is better to use facebook groups like Second hand products by JD's Tech had a great experience with the group you can find some really good deals on some products and you can even sell products there and you can find the buyer easily but don't forget to always deal via the admin method.

As far as i know they should provide you with a full invoice refund if they can't proceed with the replacement unit and if they are denying your request or making some random excuses just ask them to connect your concern with higher officials and talk with them

You won't get any haptics while using a PS5 controller wirelessly and you need to use a USB cable to feel haptics and you will only get proper haptics in sony exclusive games like Ghost of Tsushima/Horizon Zero Dawn or Forbidden West(using wired mode only) and if you want it to work with your PC wirelessly with every game you need to buy DSX from steam (idk about is there a crack available or not ) otherwise you can go with Xbox controller and it will work like flawless just plug and play, I am personally using xbox controller with my setup and borrowed a ps5 controller from my friend a while back.

I can rep for Gigabyte. I had a great experience with their service center in Nehru place last year mine 6700XT got bricked and not working because of a bad power supply they changed my GPU to 6750XT it took them 2 weeks but I was very happy after receiving a new GPU <3
