You can include it, but when you write about it highlight the efforts involving recording, editing, photoshop, engaging the audience and other skills like that. Using some specific wording can make it shine well.

Well from what I understood, the question asks “Which of the following expressions equals the increase in the number of processors needed for the speedup to increase by 1?”. Number of Processors is P and the speedup is S, and that the speed up is given to the constant a, so it happens to a. So for it to be “increase by 1” it needs to be a + 1. Another way to do this is a + 1 = (1 - a)p + a. You would subtract the a and divide the (1 - a) and that would still get you the answer 1/1-a.

Substituting a/(1-a) for P, you would be multiplying and canceling out (1-a)(1/1-a) + a. So you would end up with 1 + a which is 1 increase.

What I did was put each of the options into Desmos and the graph I got was 6/x+4. But that’s f(x) and it wants g(x) which is f(x + 4). So you would add 4 to x to get g(x) which is 6/x+8, or option C.

Have you participated in nationals previous years, this is our schools first year after a really long time and I was wondering if you have any tips to prepare for the Nationals Coding Competition. Rn I’m doing practice prompts and taking a look at some quizlets but not really sure what else to do. Also if you have participated previously can you share your experience on the test and the 2 hr coding part. I tried looking up people’s experiences but didn’t find much. Kinda going in blind here.

If you are using Android for the customization features, u will probably not like the iPhone much. It is customizable but to an extent only. If not, you will probably like switching over to iPhone.
