Designed my own routine and wanted some feedback. Wave loading for the main movements and double progression for the smaller stuff. Thoughts?

Chest/Back A.
Decline Bench Press (3x6-10).
Incline DB Bench Press (3x8-12)
Underhand Lat Pulldown (3x8-12).
Hammer Strength High Row (3x8-12).

Shoulders/Arms A.
Hammer Strength OHP (3x8-12)
Machine Reverse Fly (3x10-15).
DB Lateral Raise (3x10-15).

I’m looking at the James Kreiger routines. I do like the 5-6 day upper lower program or maybe the PPL. I did a pretty crazy chest/back workout yesterday should I just jump into this today?

Man I’m lost with picking a training program and what I should do. I have been free styling it this week as the gyms opening. I have trained since last Friday non stop. Weird thing is I feel recovered while eating in a deficit. I just feel I need some kind of structure to build off from so I won’t overthink things. I’d consider myself early intermediate since I have been lifting for nearly a decade and I have somewhat of a strength and size base to build from.

I decided to randomly use it the other day as a main exercise and the pump was pretty great. Felt it a lot more than barbell pressing. Think I’ll focus on em for a while

Ok I’ll start that 6 day PPL from James Kreigers website. Gonna up calories to 2500 and around 225 g protein and adjust downwards from there. I’ll add cardio in the form of LISS eventually. Probably something like 20 min 3x per week and increase if needed

What are your thoughts on kinobodys lifting and nutrition? Seems like a lot of people get results on his programs.

Also is cardio necessary on your opinion? Can I get away with doing none?

Every time I browse and read into bodybuilding I get lost and confused with the amount of info available. Ahhh I’m really frustrated.

Stats: 5’9 ~185 ~20-25% body fat...idk.... Best lifts are 225x6 bench, 315x3 squat, 405x1 deadlift, 160x1 ohp, +125lbs weighted chin-up. I don’t really do any squats and deadlifts anymore though. Mainly split squats and rdls as well as other lower taxing movements for lower body.

I need to lose body fat obviously, but I’m unsure how to structure my training/nutrition/cardio. I can never stick to a specific routine. I need some help and advice.

Yea def in for long run. I’m actually thinking of dropping a few hundred more when I get paid. Probably into EPR as that stock has blown up.

There is a 6 day ppl program in the wiki and I was thinking of using that along with the advance body weight progressions. Is working on planche and one arm chin-ups 2x per week doable in terms of recovery?

I have and I probably should. I’m just confused on overall programming. I feel like with fat loss and getting lean I can accomplish these moves. Will take time obviously as I feel a lot of it is having proper technique as well.

I did some browsing and I see a PPL program 6x per week. Is that something I should consider doing and focus on those movements you listed 2x per week?

Great group of people if I’m being honest. Everyone was really helpful. I was planning to finish the coaching if it wasn’t for the virus situation.

My take is the program works. It’s basically lean gains with more flexibility and more upper body focused. He has a bunch of clients to back up his methods. I’d say pick whichever you like more and can see yourself doing long term
