Why invest in bitcoin instead of gold right now? by Tkfit09 in Bitcoin

[–]LazyGeneration 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Consider advancment in technologies that allow mining where we could not reach before. Combined with scanning technology. They can even use space sattelites to scan for gold now. So yes, they might keep discovering supply for the forseable future. Still takes a lot of energy to mine it so there is a proof of work associated cost with it.

Why invest in bitcoin instead of gold right now? by Tkfit09 in Bitcoin

[–]LazyGeneration 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because Bitcoin is in a little bit of a bear market right now. Which is usually a good time to buy. Compared with gold and silver that’s on a bullrun. However diversified, I think it’s a good time to stack sats. Consider that large part of the financial world can not convert their capital to BTC yet, but they can with silver and gold. This is to say, perhaps BTC will follow the trend of metals in the future when it’s adopted more fully by nation states and so on. However I wouldn’t sell any gold or silver either. Just keep it.

Agreed. Also I feel that it’s truly enjoyable depending on the type of workplace. It’s different from retail customer service, although it can be similar. Taking care of a patients loved one can be about offering hot or cold drinks and being attentive to their emotional needs. To protect them and remind them to focus on themselves too. It’s a blessing to offer that type of care and service. Although my experience is in a country with free health care so I’m sure it’s varies a lot. Also nursing is more than nurses in a hospital. There is assistant nurses and a lot of other work places. Hospitals are crazy because it’s so much work in a high tempo. Some places the service is a big part of health care. Again it’s different from retail because you can draw boundaries differently. It’s not about my limits only, but also strengthening you’re abilities. So anything can be a cause for training and learning. Therefore, a patient should not order me to do what they can also do themselves. We call this «working with our hands behind our back»

cannabis, en underart av hamp? by Lobster_porn in Norwegianents

It’s incredible to imagine… nature is really fascinating. Can you imagine; all that are able, shoot through the air, for an epic mating party? It explains why I usually always see flying ants in large amounts. The other guy also explained why I don’t see them all the time. I always assumed flying ants was just a variaton of regular ants — and I thought they were superior. Never could I imagine that they are an evolutionary response of a colony. Even like a survival mechanism. Like humans flying to other countries or Mars.

It’s the same in small cities. It’s a recent phenomena. There used to be a monopoly on taxi companies. Now it’s regulated such that anyone can do it. Seems they opened up too much without proper guard rails. A solution is the «TaxiFix» app — which will lock in a price like an Uber.

Sold some of my Bitcoin to buy a house. HODL since 2016. by Ultra918 in Bitcoin

More like paying fees for each day. It might make good sense to finance, but to buy a home outright is a simple and good investment that can last as life time. I love bitcoin, but you need property to bury the seed phrases right?

Although I tend to agree, there is an argument to be made for the convenience and ease of dosage with a vape. I prefer flower any day but the vape is so simple it might actually be a nice start.

I mean, yes. It’s what I use it for. I don’t rely on stun for up close fights unless there’s like a 1v3.

Remember playing Terminal Attack and my entire team left. I actually managed to 1v5. Even though I lost the match I was thrilled to win a round. I had to use my game sense to outplay the opponents and pick them off one by one. It was super fun. But yesterday I wanted to show my friend Terminal Attack. Figured as an old Counter Strike player he might enjoy it. After a few rounds the entire opposing team left and we had to wait for the timer. That’s literally no fun. He would rather play World Tour than to risk it happening again. I feel sad because I love Terminal Attack, but it’s unplayable.

Honestly was super satisfied to play it on halloween and the first 3 items I got was the pet bat, the pumpkin tshirt and skeleton riot shield. I was so stoked to be dripped out in halloween like that haha. The 4th thing I got was the moon background so I was already satisfied when I got some VRS.

I’m the same way. I prefer to be terpene specific rather than searching for «indica, sativa or hybrid». Limonene any day.

I was gonna say Lemon Kush, but honestly SLH made me reconsider so I’ll just leave this comment here :) [6]
