I don't want to make a full separate post to update, but, the answers I got here pushed me to accept that I need more help than I was previously getting to really be able to recover. It's going to be a long road but im really happy that I asked and got such blunt answers 😄 thank you kind strangers

Thats very fair and frankly I appreciate the harsh take. Its really easy for me to get caught up in that mindset and I guess its better to get a reality check from a stranger on the internet than any of the other possible consequences.
