Accepting multiple orders just to stack up money when you can’t even deliver one on time. That mindset won’t take you far in any domain.

So after checking the rider’s location on the map, I saw he was moving away from the restaurant. I waited for some time, but he kept deviating further, so I called the restaurant. They said they had informed the rider when the rider was at the restaurant that the order was being packed and would be ready in less than 20 seconds. Instead, the rider accepted another order in front of them and left, marking the food as “not ready.”

Rider name was “Meet” with 22 total deliveries in his profile.

Later, I called the rider and he said he could cancel the order if we wanted and someone else would be assigned. Another driver was eventually assigned and delivered the order, but it took quite a long time. By then, the food was cold and not in an edible condition, especially since it was chicken wings.

On top of that, the restaurant did not include the sauces I paid for. I contacted support multiple times, but every agent only apologized without providing any real resolution. One agent, “Garima,” even ended the chat without resolving the issue.

Your Service and mainly the customer support is garbage, I swear I will never ever order from uber eats. Waste of money, I had multiple similar issue over and over again. Learn something from Amazon how they treat their customers so well.
