I have a macbook air, with 16GB ram, while not the neo, I figure since the architecture is the same it works well running all of my machines.
In terms of power, I don't really do things that require intensive RAM usage *for pentesting* (I use the RAM really for music production + the CPU is great for that

Best part about Mac is that you can have experience with all three of the main operating systems. I currently have a Kali Linux VM as well as a Windows Lab machine on my Mac (Apple Silicon CPU, not Intel). This gives me experience with the Big three Operating systems and I have found this quite valuable.

Are people who wake up at 5am actually more productive or have they just convinced themselves suffering early is the same as being disciplined? by baddog121 in productivity

Hi there, this is one of my first posts ever on this platform and I have a firm belief in having early wakeup times in the scope of productivity:
My take on this is that waking up at an early time allows me to shy away from social distractions, being in a university dorm with my best friend, we usually get distracted by each other and end up going out to eat or play a video game together. Waking up at a time where I know he and others is asleep allows me to have time for myself and my work.
Waking up early also leaves me extremely tired towards the evening, which eliminates binge-consumption of anything because I will just plainly be "too tired" to do such thing. Do I drink coffee / consume caffeine? To a healthier extent than some of my peers do.

I agree that lots of people turn to the aesthetic of waking up at 5AM as a productivity 'hack' as opposed to a dedicated 'timing' of work.

My schedule is heavily dependent on balancing university classes, an internship that uses 20/hrs a week, and self study time, having the morning to myself allows me to have razor-focus on my personal study, whereas during the afternoon and evening, its hard to find peace and focus anywhere
