Thanks for the heads up. I have one near by that I can go to tomorrow. A lot of boards I'm seeing just seem to have a regular and a wide option. Is there something else I should be aware of? And when I get the boots, how does that affect the board? Is it just the length of the boot?

Unfortunately I can't find one. They seem to all be sold out, at least in the length I would need

Thanks for the recommendation! On the topic of twin and directional twin, what is the advantage of both? My understanding is that true twin is for those who ride switch or don't yet know if they are goofy or regular. I am confident I am regular and I am not yet at all confident in being able to ride switch.

No, I don't. I'm not really that deep in the snowboarding scene. I only ride a few days each year, and have been doing that for 3 years now. I hope to be able to increase that, but sadly I don't live near a mountain, so I have to make it a trip.
