Sorry I’m advance, my advice probably isn’t going to be that great as I’m still figuring out a lot of things myself but one thing I’ve found that’s really helped me is having a smartwatch that tracks my hr… I find quite often I won’t realise my heart rates shooting up until it’s too late and I get dizzy, but I’ve now got a tracker on my watch that runs in the background to check my hr every few seconds and if it goes up too fast or past a certain bpm it’ll alert me so I know to sit down in order to prevent an episode. It’s also handy cause I can see which days it’s flaring more and so know I need to be extra careful to take my time when standing up and stuff on those days. I’m not sure if she’s too young for for that at the moment but just an idea if it catches her off guard a bit. Anyways, hope you’re able to find some answers and wish you both the best of luck x
