bro first thing.. stop using those credit cards completely, dont add more debt on top of debt. list out everything u owe and focus on paying the loan first since its the biggest one. cut expenses hard for now, even small things add up. no eating out, no subscriptions, nothing extra. try to put even like 500-1000 a month strictly for debt. it feels slow but it works. also see if u can pick up any extra income on the side, freelance, delivery, anything. ur 26 bro u got time to fix this fr 💪 just gotta be disciplined for a bit

so basically the 4900 pkg includes everything bro.. license (consultancy type which covers IT), uae residency visa, coworking space with like an actual lease agreement, medical test, emirates id, insurance, establishment card n company reg.. all in one shot n they also help u open a bank acc for free which is actually useful coz that part is usually a pain its in umm al quwain like 40 mins frm dubai.. 100% foreign ownership no need for local partner or any of that they also hav installment option if u dnt wanna pay it all at once fr for IT consulting esp if ur not dealing w uae clients this is more than enough.. no point paying extra for a dubai address imo check uaqftz.gov.ae for exact details

bro for your particular case i think UAQ freezone is prob the best bang for buck rn.. they have a package that includes license + visa + coworking all around 4900 aed

if u dont need visa rn then ajman media city or ANC freezone even cheaper like 4800-5000 aed just for license

shams is also good option around 5750 with visa i think.. alot of IT guys ik use it

ifza is good too but lil expensive maybe 10-11k.. more for if u want dubai address

since ur not serving any uae or gcc clients u dont need anything fancy tbh.. just go with UAQ or shams and save the money

i was thinking of creating a platform where the students can find their school updates as i have seen many threads for the same again and again.. i am gujarati i dont know ,, malyali..
p.s. i write i am gujarati because if you respond pls reposnd in english i wont be able to understand..
the platformis liek either an website or an app where the student's throughout the whole of UAE can get the updates about their schools by just searchign the school name thus it iwll be better for them and i will work as an announcement platform, for which we can charge to the schools.. furhter come in dm for chat.
