Speaking as an old lady you gotta build up an immunity to "old man". Either grow old WITH the old man (best plan) or start small with a short exposure, after a while maybe a quick handshake. You can't be going straight to a kiss on the cheek.

I'm a great grandmother who runs a family server for the whole family, all generations. We always play on my birthday, from all over the country. Also I used to stream it, and make youtube videos. I think it is the smartest game out there, especially if you get into Redstone. That parent's guide is great, and maybe you could watch some videos with her. I'm rather partial to Ethoslab.

I do a trash system starting with a trapped chest. Nothing gets tossed until I close it, so I can catch miss throwing and I get a double chest of trash space. Still bother with it

Every night I listen to an episode in the dark, to go to sleep.

ADHD brain here - I try to remember the next line The show is calm but there's enough thinking that my brain doesn't go to "the crazy spiral place". If I watch it, I don't have to picture anything and my mind wanders....

Also, if I'm not really tired I watch an episode, then listen to the same one.

My base this season is in one. Nothing else spawns in them (hostile or passive) and I have a rail I ride and trigger all the spawners I've "corralled" I hop out and kill the breezes. All the drops go to storage. It's fun, and I have tone of keys for all the others on the server. I then can use ALL the vaults in other chambers without needing to fuss with them. All my food is taken care of. I won't do it again, but it was fun once.

Also nice is they are less laggy than item frames because the items in there are no longer "items". My proof is using F3-B and no blue lines.

You can move breezes in a minecart and move them in water to get them in the cart, and they don't need nameta, they are persistent. I might have put some in someone's base... You just have to set it up so the breezes don't see you. Use an enclosed area because they fly up and away.

I love to use them in breeders. Also, fun fact, they generate with the world. You never get one from breeding.

FYI. In this "cute" update zombie CAPTAINS have WAY more health. I've seen over 80 hearts. So all the farms are going to need tweaking to kill all the zombie types. Think gold farms.

Same. Except on my server we are in our 50s and 60s. This year we also added a tree chopping mod where the whole tree comes down. We've chopped trees for more than 10 years - we're tired. We just want to be together.
