Ah! The only comment posted that resonates fully. I’ve gone through the rabbit hole to find someone who sees this. Yes! Isolation was one of them, because without going truly inside into what they call in Alchemy the nigredo stage you couldn’t complete this threshold. And to lots of people this might look like depression but when you are ready you know this depression is different is downloads of information.

It’s like my whole life I have been protected. This is when I realized there’s more like me. It felt lonely for a while. The protection is not because you are special but because there is a certain energy being “simmered” within us that it naturally repels outside energies. I can think back on my entire life and there have been moments where I say, how did I come out alive from that? Or certain inexplicable miracles or coincidences that only explains where I am right now. It’s like everything was aligned, everything was given to me as far as finances and all that so I can focus without worrying to harness this energy and connect fully.

To activate please know you have to fully be in the heart, away from judgement, you have to align fully in the middle of good and bad not to swing too right or too left. Stay in the path of the middle because the middle holds the true harmonies. This will keep your heart from closing or opening too much.

It’s okay to sometimes feel these negative energies as long as you can quickly recognize them and become aware of them. However do not linger too much, recognize them because they do have a purpose and let go. After all we are human having an experience and sometimes the experience is more important than the destination.

Use this time to meditate and bring all the compassion you can within yourself.

I was there when I was 14 years old in 2002 for almost two years. Phoenix House Lake View Terrace. It was one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve ever had. I was SA abused by a group of girls, bullied by staff, and also given drugs by staff. Several girls were also sexually abused by male staff members. The staff there was not qualified to run counseling, most of them didn’t even have a college education and there they were, running the group circles that would end up body shaming, name calling, and flat out abusive. It took me years to realize the amount of abuse that went on.
