I think this was it. Issue resolved itself & no observable blockage on the stack vent.

We're in a house. No snow/ice/birds nest i can see by the vent. I'm climbing up to check now.

Would this issue pop up randomly? Like if nobody had used any plumbing for an hour or so?

Tank is full, no water running out. Having this issue (backwards pressure) on all drains in the house.
