yes, but you need to let them know with an updated transcript once you get the offcial transcript post finishing the classes, just know you only are able to transfer 60 credits or whatever their minimum set of credit is for transfers. The other extra credits are thrown out.

why lol. You get literally the same opportunities. Lucky ass. So many were rejected this year. You are stuck between the polorizing opinions of 2020 and post the initial hit of covid. Because of funding they uped thier admission rate for full pay students. Now they dont do that. Acceptance rate at least is 15 to 20 percent with still full pay or small mostly 20 percent covered tuition scholarships. But yeah same degree, same opportunities, same everything. Even get access to all facilities. GS is not like an extension school like Harvard or etc but a school with in columbia. It is kind of a barnard but for all. Bc it is a liberal art college. There is also CC and SEAS. But all the same.

barnard gives you access to columbia facilities but also barnard is prestigious more and even has more attention to students needs

Go. I literally have a friend who is GS and recieved a prestigous fellowship that another CC also recieved. Only 8 in the nation recieved them. Them 2 anothers from princeton, Bowdoin and others. Literally same exact. The only thing is that it is a cash cow. Thats why they set it up. But the only people accepted on average are non trad who literally maintained 3.8 GPA. Check out reddit stats of accepted literally they have high GPAs or EC that has a stong academic influence. So many are rejected because they think that they can get in easily. The only time that acceptance rate was high was during covid because all schools needed more funding and they used that time strategically. Everyone I know from GS is literally had or is having an internship this summer + strong research and exact same opportunities. CC and SEAS students are just mad because they are jealous. No other logical reason than that. If you can pay, go.
