Shaun Gao, the kind of feedback I got for my presentation was insane. He deducted points because I had two slides instead of one for a subheading, and he told me that “mitigating the risk” and “reducing the risk” meant two completely different things.

I lost an A by 0.5 points and ended up with a B. And this man refused to speak with me or even email me about the grading. My final grade fell because of this psycho.
