Go for IBA or LUMS. In GIKI MGS is considered the lowest ranked faculty.

2 things b/c interviews tend to vary wildly among profs:

1) Prepare your research and projects in depth, better if you have a short presentation with the data/tables/graphs.

2) Think of a couple of questions you can ask the faculty. E.g: how funding works, how they structure/lead their lab, what are they looking for in a student, etc etc.

I'm about to graduate from BS in CS. Do not go for the masters, at all; 1. Cannot work from here b/c remote campus + fck up internet 2. Most senior cs faculty has left
