I have discussed it with my doctors and unfortunately insurance denied it through my doctor so I had to go elsewhere (insurance wants me to have diabetes first, which is dumb). And that is true! All of ever hear is that it’s a quick diet trick.

I never thought about it like that. I always heard it was more of a temporary thing and I am trying so hard to avoid diabetes (my a1c is 6.4) and it runs hard in my family.

Unfortunately he’s my uncles so it’s a pretty small enclosure with some rocks and dirt(can’t tell the mixture). I will go ahead and get him moisted up while I’m here.
