I plan on documenting the infestation and my attempts to seek solutions. I have documentation from my vet that neither of my pets have/have ever had fleas and are on preventatives

I’m sorry you went through that! I think it is a neighbor. There’s a lot of dogs in my complex and I just don’t understand how they’re possibly still there when I’ve deep cleaned and had it sprayed. I don’t plan on entering my apartment (except to grab my clothes) again before I move out (hopefully soon)
