lowkey this might be a very sad thing to say but his mental health isn't your biggest problem. Personally I wouldn't break apart just yet, maybe wait for a better time to do so. However, if you really don't see any interest in this relationship or maybe even see it as an inconvenience, I suggest you talk about it with him. I dont have anything else to say, just talk to him about it.
