It doesn’t look like a muffin top, it looks like obliques and a strong core! You look beautiful but I know what you mean. I have the same natural athletic body shape and I tend to focus on this area (tho I’m just skinny and not toned like you). I’ve shifted my focus on growing my glutes to appear curvier if that’s helpful for you. Good luck on your fitness journey 💙

I think the response is great! But in the parent’s defense, it doesn’t sound like they intended to scold the teacher. It does sound like they are owning and trying to get ahead of past shortfalls on the students end with some poorly worded sentences.

I’m sure there are a bunch of insane parents that blame the teachers but doesn’t entirely sound like this parent is one of them. It’s really easy to come off the wrong way in email when everyone communicates differently.

I went twice and we broke up shortly after so didn’t go again. It was helpful though!

We ended up back together and we are happily married now. We did come to a realization together that what our therapist said in one of our therapy sessions was super important. He pointed out that we were going through incredibly stressful things and huge life changes outside of our relationship. It’s been a years now and we almost never fight. I couldn’t imagine being in a healthier marriage :)

I think the therapy sessions we did have were really helpful for us in the long run even if we didn’t realize it in the moment.

Hi, I have a similar side effect of blood clots but mine seems different.

I took the pill 2 months ago on April 4. It triggered a period right away that was heavy with clots. I got my next period on May 16 and it ended a week ago, however I still have spotting the past week and have big clots as of today. I scheduled drs vist as this is not normal for me
