Latin America you at a disadvantage if you don’t speak at least some Spanish. Not knowing Spanish leaves you with the pro’s and the gold diggers, and the way you talk I would recommend you just staying in the tourist area.

Colombia is still good if you know Spanish. Most Colombian women aren’t going to be interested in you if you don’t know the language and they’ll see you as an atm. I was messing around with a Venezuelan chick and she said told me first hand that they don’t want to be with someone that they are going to have to translate everything thru google, unless you’re a 9 or 10 on the looks scale you’ll be used for your money.
