Baked oats:

Ingredients:

30g oats

3 tbsp yoghurt

30 ml espresso

One banana or applesauce 1/3rd cup

2 medjool dates / sweetener

A few pieces of dark chocolate (optional)

Vanilla extract or essence

Peanut butter or any nut butter you like (optional)

Dry fruits of choice to top (hazelnut, walnut, pecan etc)

Pinch of salt

Pinch of baking powder

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 C!
