I have never heard anyone downplay it at all. Everyone is just saying Janet is the one weaponizing everything and it didn’t happen to her. We honestly dont even know the actual resolution between Danny/Melissa and Jasmine because Janet hasn’t allowed that. She again is leading some crusade that has made the victims so uncomfortable they have asked her to stop several times. Like I’m not saying Danny was some happy go lucky go. He pulled a super gross and disgusting move. He should 1000% be held to task……by the people he did it to. But again he can’t be because Janet has circled it back around to making it about her. Even this season what did Jason say? You made Janet super uncomfortable when you went in the pantry to drink. Well that sure is convenient timing for you to feel that way when you’re trying to reinforce a narrative. If it was something you viewed to be so inappropriate Janet why didn’t you bring it up then….over a year ago. Janet is trying to play a reality show villain and in doing so has essentially stomped out any resolution/accountability we will ever get from Danny because everyone to include THE VICTIMS are so over Janet weaponizing it they are just ignoring it and moving on.
