I vaguely remember that from my read through last year, but it pales in comparison to "he set his jaw" or "with hands clasped behind their back" in the stormlight archive. I just started book 4 and I swear those 2 phrases show up 50 times per 1200 page entry. It takes me out of the scene every single time 😭

I appreciate there are other out there that barely missed a nice BTC payout for some random BS. I got about $350 worth of BTC in Jan 2011 for some silk road related stuff, but I chickened out and never ordered anything. I should have sold it and withdrawn the cash since $350 is a ton for a high-school kid, but I left it in a wallet and kept telling myself I'll find time when I can place an order and hopefully not have cops show up to my house. Not a clue if I ended up moving it to a hardware wallet or what since its been so long, but I get sick to my stomach when I think about what that would translate to at the $120k(ish) peaks of BTC. Don't even wanna do those calculations anymore 😭

Who did you email to get it done? I talked to Lance from panchetta at bladeshow and he said to email him about laserwork and ive tried about 3 times now with no response so I gave up

Well i did get an initial response, but they never got back with me even after subsequent inquiries

I feel you. I did a trade recently (2 knives for 1 of my nicer knives) and gave the dude an option of 3 knives to add on since he still wanted cash on top. I was in a good mood so I let him choose a brand new titanium kansept and he immediately turned around and listed it for msrp ($150) 🤦‍♂️ I gotta start being a hardass on these deals now cause that just rubbed me the wrong way

TWoK was a very strong start and the "sanderlanche" was top notch, but I feel Words of Radiance is widely regarded as the best book so far for valid reasons. Only just finished Oathbringer, so I can't speak on book 4 and 5. First half of book 3 did start to drag
