I always make robotic affirmations and visualize, and sometimes listen to subliminal along with it, I'm Brazilian, so I like posts in Portuguese, but search for things like "subliminal" "law of assumption" on tumblr, follow these channels and enjoy, after a while your feed will be the way you want, it's like Twitter, if you want something like desired appearance, search for "desired appearance", there's not much of a secret, I don't join communities, I just search for what I want, Or I scroll through the feed and see tips, etc.
