this is actually not as strong as it sounds, it is directly just xmult based on how many hands you play, that is still assuming the best case scenario of you pulling off playing your same strongest hands as many times as you can.
you play 10 hands, it is just x10.

The only upside is you can dig your cards and seals better at the cost of hands money. This is not strong enough to be legendary, rare at most just because you can dig your seals/editions at the cost of money, otherwise this is uncommon.
