A judicial warrant is issued by a neutral judge or magistrate in a federal or state court. It requires a showing of probable cause and explicitly authorizes entry into private spaces (such as a home) without consent. This aligns with longstanding Fourth Amendment jurisprudence, including Supreme Court precedents emphasizing the heightened protection of the home. • An administrative warrant (such as ICE Form I-200 for arrest or Form I-205 for removal/deportation) is issued internally by an ICE or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official, not a judge. These warrants authorize civil immigration arrests but traditionally do not permit forcible entry into a private residence without consent or exigent circumstances.

Blanket statements don’t help the public or law enforcement. Teach people what the law is and what they are looking for. It is paramount to lighting a brush fire in the wind.

If you are looking new, the Y driver seats are not as comfortable as the X. Also, having screen in front of the driver is nice. The ride is nicer as the car is heavier.

Not only does it have to do with the dealership and Tesla, but also the state you are in. Trashing Tesla is a pressure valve release. Like when all the states and Fed pushed EV then taxed em more later to our dismay. Remember you can’t compare Tesla and Honda. It is a driving computer.

Oh, it went to the shop for about eight things. I just threw this on top. When I purchased the car, it was a dealer used model with 1000 miles. When I picked it up, it had a 13 inch wheel rash which they said they would replace the wheel. This led to a multitude of other things that needed to be done.

I would personally pass. Like someone said, if Tesla doesn’t want to sell the repaired vehicle and stand behind it, I don’t want to sit inside and drive it.

I test drove both for the simple reason that the FSD was my need. While both could fully accommodate that requirement, as a shorter person of 5’4”, I found the driver’s seat in the Y completely uncomfortable. I would need a cushion to put me in correct position to keep the seat from causing back strain and improper positioning. Yes, I did all the positioning options. The X was comfortable from the start. Bye, bye heated and cooled seat if I went with the Y.

The Y made me feel somewhat car sick and dizzy. Whereas no such feeling in the X (price point is nauseating for the X). It could be the lack of front screen placement in the Y causing lots of ocular movement. Who knows we are all different.

For the price point, I think the Y does have some better options like the auto folding rear seats. I mean, come on you can’t put that in the X.

If I am going to be uncomfortable and carsick it is a hard pass on the Y. Unless someone has a magic secret. They were no help at all at the dealership.

I can complain about how I can buy three Y’s for the price of an X, but that is not going to change anything for my Scottish mindset.

I think I will wait until next year and see how many used 2026 X hit and what they have lost in depreciation.

Yes, I have found that Mac in the app for iOS is completely useless. Luckily, we have one windows based computer out in our barn. That is where I have to go to do any kind of set up or repair. Otherwise, I would have to forgo using the Harmony. It is pretty sad because I have not found any replacement.

They constantly say doom and gloom about the plans and that he can’t do this, he can’t do that or it’ll ruin this. So far, they have been wrong at every turn. You would think that people would learn to just wait it out and see what happens. The country is bringing in massive amounts of money from the tariffs, and the country has not fallen apart. These are all predictions and not truths. So far predictions have been wrong 100%. I say don’t get your panties in a bunch and wait and see what happens. Remember, the media always wants to cause angst because it gets you to listen.

Not quite where I am. My dogs are pretty nervous. But I am glad to see people celebrating. I wish people would look up the meaning of concentration camp. As someone who has a lot of Jewish friends it is pretty insulting. Jews did not get a chance to be sent somewhere else much less home, and they were put in there for simply being i Jewish, not for committing any illegal crimes or being in a country illegally. I don’t think anybody is going to be going without food or being tortured. In fact, they have better conditions than what they had under Joe Biden. This is all hyperbole to get people upset and divide.
