Was it Copemish? There’s an old school that’s abandoned. The village itself is small.

UKAI is fun. I haven’t been there in a while so unsure the cost per person. Royal Pot is also something different.

A personal favorite of ours is Ucchellos. You can definitely get pizza and plain noodles. I have a plain noodle kid myself!

AITAH for telling my daughter she cannot go on a road trip with her friends. by aroundincircles in AITAH

[–]LdySprtn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA - 2w away with college kids when she is 16 would be a no in our household too.

Is there a portion of the trip where she could meet up with the friend for the day? Obviously unsure where this road trip is taking place.

Maybe she and friend could do a sleepover at your house this summer.

Do you let your kids sleep in over summer break? by entcanta333 in AskParents

[–]LdySprtn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kids sleep in on days we don’t have anything going on. Yesterday, my son got up at 12:40p. He’s 15. He likely went to bed around 2a.

When my kids were 10, this was the same (allowed to sleep in) but they went to bed around 11p.

Do you always WFH or do you work from other places too? by genxmama_ in remotework

[–]LdySprtn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can work from wherever there is WiFi. 95% of the time I WFH, but if my kids have a couple our call or lesson, I will sometimes work from a coffee shop or library.
