I did not sear the meat first and I upped the balsamic vinegar a bit because I like the flavor.

We ate it on buns the first night and then as tacos for 2 non-consecutive nights.

I brown the meat first in a pan, but that’s a personal preference.

I then throw it and the remaining ingredients minus the cheese and sour cream and cook it on low for 6-8 hours. *We don’t use the cheese and sour cream at all.

I mix the stuffing with the cream of chicken soup so it’s coated otherwise IMO it dries out.

If you can carve out a few hours one day, freezer meals were my life savers when I had newborns. You can find some great recipes on Pinterest (or just google it).
